JESUS IS: Messianic Prophecies Fulfilled in Jesus Christ, Part Two

Continue through the Bible to learn more about who JESUS IS. Jesus was called out of Egypt, called a Nazerene, filled with the Holy Spirit, and announced by the greatest human Prophet, John the baptist. All of these events are foretold in prophecy, as well as God's promise to redeem Israel and the Gentiles alike, through faith in Jesus. Praise God for the HOPE in Christ.

2 Peter 1:19 We have also a more sure word of prophecy; whereunto ye do well that ye take heed, as unto a light that shineth in a dark place, until the day dawn, and the day star arise in your hearts: Jesus Christ is the fulness of all scripture, and He is the promised Messiah. This series will focus on Jesus Christ, and the fulfilled Messianic prophecies. Part one starts "in the beginning." 

On the Third Day According to the Scriptures

I believe some well-meaning Christians repeat the false teachings of the Catholic church without realizing it. This is evident with the "Good Friday" posts and memes online. As born again Christians, we need to use the Holy Bible as our sole authority, especially when it comes to the basic facts of the death, burial and resurrection of Our Lord Jesus Christ! Don't be deceived by false traditions brought about by the Catholic system. Jesus himself foretold that he would rise on the third day according to the scriptures, fullfilling the many Messianic prophecies written about him. 

Be Strong and of a Good Courage

In trials and difficulties, there can be so much happening in the storms of life that we just feel weary and too tired to press on? GOd has given us hope in His word, and He tells us not to fear, but to be strong and of a good courage, not because WE are strong, but because He is with us. Our responsibility is to remain with Him and follow Him closely, especially in the valleys. Deuteronomy 31:6-8

Eternal Justice is Coming

There is so much happening in the National news, possible indictments of the "rich and powerful" famous "elites" and Politicians who never seem to get caught, no matter how much evidence piles up. As Christians, we should remind those around us who the real Judge is, and that He is coming again SOON to Judge this world in Righteousness. Jesus does not play games, and most will not be ready to face their sentence when He returns Justice to this earth. Be warned and make sure you knoe Him, or He will Jusge your sins and you will go to hell and the lake of fire for eternity.

Spiritual Vision and Faith: Greater is He That Is In You!

A man of God Elisha once asked God to open the eyes of his servant, and God did! He allowed the servant's faith to increase by showing him that God's heavenly host were all around them, ready to serve God's cause. Even though there was an army against them, God's angels were there ready to smite the enemy. Only God can open our eyes to the spiritual realm which is still in existance and very active. Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. As believers we can have total faith in God's ability to help, no matter what things "look like" in the natural world.
